The operator

themistybox.com is operated by Adara Enterprises FZC (the "Promoter"), a free zone company registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, licence No. 52513, Office C1-1F-SF8613, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman. VGT Ventures Ltd (England and Wales, Company No. 17356642, 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) is an affiliated company under common ownership that processes payments for customers in certain countries. Eligibility

Boxes, shop purchases and giveaways are open to people aged 18 or older only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may not take part in giveaways. Void where prohibited: nothing on themistybox.com is offered where the law of the buyer's country does not allow it. The payment methods offered depend on the country you buy from.

Mystery boxes

A mystery box is bought at the fixed price shown on its page and contains one item, determined at random from the collection listed on that page when it is opened. Every box contains a real item, such as a luxury piece, a beauty product or a retailer gift card; no box is empty and no box pays Mistees instead of an item. You cannot choose the item you receive, and the Promoter makes no guarantee that any particular item will be received. The values shown for items are the Promoter's estimates, informed by retail prices and recent sales; they may change, they are not financial advice and the Promoter does not disclose its valuation model. After opening you can keep the item in your account, have it delivered where delivery is offered for it, or trade it in for Mistees at the value shown; Mistees are only credited when you choose a trade-in, and a trade-in is final. Gift cards are delivered by email as a code for your country. All box purchases and opens are final and cannot be refunded, except where required by law.

Shop purchases

Products in the shop are sold at the prices shown at checkout and shipped to the address you give. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel a distance purchase, are not affected by these terms.

Inventory, shipping and delivery

Misty does not hold stock. Every piece, whether bought in the shop or received from a box, is bought on demand from official retailers, brand stores and authorised resellers, as close to your delivery address as possible, and shipped directly to you. Pieces are bought new from brand boutiques and official retailers; pieces that are only available pre-owned are bought from established resellers that authenticate them, and the listing says when a piece is pre-owned.

We order every piece from our supplier as soon as your order is confirmed, and most orders are dispatched within 15 days, with tracking. Some rare or limited pieces depend on specialist sellers and can take longer. If a piece is not dispatched within 15 days we will tell you the expected date, and you can choose to wait, take an equivalent piece of equal or higher value, or receive a refund or store credit.

Responsible play

Boxes are for adults aged 18 or older. Every box page shows each item it can contain, with its odds and value, before you buy. A box always delivers a real item, which you can keep, have delivered where delivery is offered, or trade in for Mistees at the value shown. Mistees are site credit at a fixed value (1 Mistee = 1 US dollar); they can be spent on the site or withdrawn under the rules below, after identity verification. To keep spending in check, the site pauses purchases automatically after rapid or high spending. To take a break or close your account, write to support@themistybox.com and we will apply it.

Giveaways

MISTY does not sell entries into prize draws. From time to time we run free giveaways alongside the shop: no purchase is necessary, no entry is ever sold, and the free route described on the giveaway page is the only way in. Winners are selected by our provably fair method: a cryptographic commitment (SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed) is published before the giveaway opens and the seed is revealed afterwards so anyone can recompute the result. The winner receives the item described on the giveaway page, shipped at the Promoter's cost after identity verification; there is no cash alternative. The winner's first name and country are published with the verification data. If a winner cannot be reached within 21 days, an alternate winner is selected by the same method.

Competitions opened before 4 November 2026, when MISTY stopped selling entries, run to their published draw under the rules their entrants accepted. No new competition opens under those rules.

Fair play, withdrawals and refunds

Accounts using VPNs or location manipulation to bypass jurisdiction restrictions forfeit their orders and giveaway places. Any form of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, hacking or interference with the website voids all associated orders without refund. Box opens are non-refundable except where required by law.

Mistees are site credit: they are credited when you trade in an item or buy a Mistees pack, they never expire, and 1 Mistee is worth 1 US dollar. They can be spent on boxes and products on the site, or withdrawn to a bank account or a stablecoin wallet through our payment partner. Withdrawals are introduced in stages: the option appears in your wallet once it is available for your account and country. Withdrawals are subject to the following:

• The minimum withdrawal is 50 Mistees. MISTY charges no withdrawal fee.
• Mistees credited in the previous 7 days cannot be withdrawn until those 7 days have passed.
• Only one withdrawal can be in progress at a time.
• Identity verification (a government ID and a selfie) through our verification partner is required before any withdrawal is paid, whatever the amount: no payout is ever made to an account that has not passed it. It is completed once, before the first withdrawal; MISTY may ask for verification again at any time, and may require it before fulfilling high-value items.
• Each withdrawal is reviewed before it is paid. Withdrawals are usually paid within 2 business days of a complete and approved request. MISTY may delay, refuse or reverse a withdrawal linked to fraud, a payment dispute, a chargeback, a breach of these terms, or where required by law, in which case the Mistees are returned to the account unless the law requires otherwise.
• You are responsible for the account details or wallet address you provide. Funds sent to details you provided cannot be recovered.
• Mistees cannot be transferred between accounts or sold to other users.
• Withdrawals are not available to closed or self-excluded accounts, or where they are not permitted by local law. You are responsible for any taxes.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. The Promoter's decision on any matter not covered here is final.
